Can I ask your stylist to dress me if I bring my own Kimono?
Yes. Just schedule an appointment in advance and we will be happy to assist you.

What is your payment option?
Kaede NYC accepts all credits cards, cash and Paypal.

I don’t like your service/kimono. Can I ask for a refund?
Our goal is 100% client satisfaction, which is why we do a free initial consultation before any of our services. We’ll ensure that you get what you need and are totally satisfied. However, if you are still not satisfied, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
NOTE: Kaede NYC does not refund kimono rental costs as you had the chance to look and try on the kimono before paying for rental.
