Remember wearing your first kimono? Or discovering your favorite tea? How about finding friends who know the same feeling? There’s something special about finding joy in Japanese culture, so we’re inviting you to share your moment with us!

Kaede Kimonos has teamed up with our friends at Senbird Tea to create an amazing Instagram giveaway just for you. We want to know about your “Nippon Moment” — a fond memory or appreciation of Japanese culture. Share it in the form of an Instagram post, and have the chance to win one of 3 amazing prizes!

1st Prize (Grand Prize)

200 USD Visa Gift Card + Vintage Kimono Set (includes one kimono, one obi/belt, and one haori) + 30g Otome Ceremonial Matcha + 100g Yuu Hojicha

2nd Prize

Just submit your original photo with our #MyNipponMoment hashtag and tag all sponsors (@kaedenyc and @senbirdtea) for your participation to be completed. The photo must be original, taken by yourself or for you, and not stock photography or grabbed from another site, profile or entity.

You can also earn extra entry points in the following ways:

1. Like the contest post on the @kaedenyc Instagram account.
2. Follow the contest sponsors @kaedenyc and @senbirdtea on Instagram.
3. Share your contest entry on Facebook, with the hashtag and tag the sponsors’ Pages.

The Instagram photo is your giveaway entry, but the extra entry points can raise your chance to win a prize. Do all three to max your luck!

The contest will end on April 3, 2020 at 12:00 AM EST. It is open to all entries worldwide, but free shipping only to United States entries. Please ensure that you are able to accept the prize in your country should you win.

The winners will be decided by random draw and announced by @kaedenyc on Instagram livestream on April 9, 2020.
